Abschnitt II: Gegenstand
Procurement of 2x customized light-sheet Ultramicroscope
Purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning.
The systems have to comply with all of the following exclusion criteria:
Specific requirements for the objectives:
· Ability to image in aqueous or organic solvents with dipping objective lens
· Dedicated light sheet objective lens series with refractive index matching, large free working distance, and flat-field correction
· Advanced light sheet objective lenses 1.1x NA 0.1, 4x NA 0.35, 12x NA 0.53 (only required for one microscope), covering the refractive index range from 1.33 to 1.56
· BABB/DBE compatible and RI matched objectives for imaging in BABB/DBE
· Motorized magnification changer (0.6x, 1x, 1.67x, 2.5x)
· Working distance with immersion lenses up to 17 mm
Ability to image very large or multiple samples:
· Specimen cuvette with inner capacity 250 mm x 90 mm x 70 mm
· Motorized stage with at least 30 x 70 x 40 mm travel range
· An imaging field of # 1.7 x 1.7 cm by BABB immersion objective, completely illuminated by >1 light-sheet
Specific requirements for the light-sheets:
· Up to 6 light sheets (1, 2 or 3 from either side) for better penetration and reduction of shadowing
· Horizontal focus imaging mode, whereby the thinnest part of the light sheet scans across the sample
· Adjustable light sheet width
· Numerical aperture and width of light sheets optically adjustable
· Economical use of power from laser light sources below 100 mW through efficient light sheet generation in the
sample
Specific requirements for the controller software:
· Autofocusing
· Batch measurement mode for imaging multiple samples with individual start and end points of individual stacks
without user intervention
· Software controlled tube lens enables implementation of infinity corrected objective lenses
· Software controlled chromatic correction of the detection from 460 nm - 850 nm
· Data pre-processing by contrast compression
Other Requirements:
· Exchange of samples without the need of draining the imaging chamber
· It must have a sCMOS or similar camera with at least 4Mpx resolution
· Microscope computer supporting #10 Gbit network connection, should run on at least 1TB SSD, with additional
>10 TB HDD storage. It should have NVIDIA Quadro P1000 or similar graphic card
· It must have at least 2 years full warranty
· Option to buy additional warranty, at least for 3 years, if needed for full coverage after the 2nd year of purchase
Therefore please include an optional additional quote for a post-warranty service/maintenance contract (gold, silver, bronze standard or equivalent), with a term of 4 years.
· The microscope/s should be delivered and installed within 8 weeks after order receipt
· Service/repair response time of maximum 2 days
Abschnitt IV: Verfahren
- Die betreffenden Erzeugnisse werden gemäß den in der Richtlinie genannten Bedingungen ausschließlich für Forschungs-, Versuchs-, Untersuchungs- oder Entwicklungszwecke hergestellt
Non-existent competition for technical reasons: sample cuvette size 250 mm x 90 mm x 70 mm, Motorized stage with travel range of 7 cm x 3 cm x 4 cm.

Gemäß § 160 Abs. 3 Satz 1 des Gesetzes gegeDetailed procedures on deadlines for the application of legal remedies: Paragraph 160 (3), first sentence, of the Law against Restraints of Competition (GWB) prohibits a petition for review in so far as: - the petitioner recognizes the alleged breach of procurement rules prior to filing the petition for review and fails to do so vis-à-vis the principal within a period of 10 calendar days; the expiry of the time limit pursuant to § 134 (2) GWB remains unaffected, - violations of procurement rules that are recognizable on the basis of the notice, not at the latest until the expiry of the period specified in the notice for advertising or submitting a bid to the client, - violations of procurement rules which are discernible only in the tender documents, are not claimed against the client by the deadline for the application or for the submission of tenders at the latest, - more than 15 calendar days have elapsed after receipt of the notification of the client to refuse to remedy a complaint. Sentence 1 does not apply in the case of an application for a declaration of invalidity of the contract according to § 135 (1) No. 2 GWB. Section 134 (1) sentence 2 GWB remains unaffected. Pursuant to Section 134 (1) GWB, contracting authorities must immediately inform the tenderers whose tenders are not to be considered of the name of the company whose offer is to be accepted, the reasons for not considering their offer and the earliest date of the conclusion of the contract. This also applies to candidates who have not been provided with information about the rejection of their application before the notification of the award decision to the tenderers concerned has been issued. Pursuant to section 134 (2) GWB, a contract may only be concluded 10 calendar days after dispatch (by fax, e-mail or electronically via the e-procurement portal) of the information pursuant to section 134 (1) GWB. The period begins on the day after the information has been sent by the client; the date of access to the tenderer and candidate concerned is not relevant.
