Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) including supporting telemedical & offshore emergency paramedic services for the construction phase of the EnBW Offshore-Windfarm He Dreiht
LOT 1 - HEMS and Emergency control center
For the construction phase of the EnBW-OWF He Dreiht (probably 03/2024 - 12/2025 with options of extension):
Tender for the provision of the Helicopter Emergency Medical Services for the Construction Site He Dreiht on basis of twenty-four (24) hours a Day and seven (7) Days a week.
Such individually "Service" and collectively the "Services") consists of but is not limited to:
a) the provision of a suitable rescue helicopter(s) and a professional - aviation and medical - crew with appropriate equipment -the Helicopter Emergency Medical Services- and the operation of a suitable emergency control centre in accordance with the description of Service mentioned in the Scope of Work (Lot1) on a firmly agreed basis,
b) offshore Notfallsanitäter in accordance with the description of Service mentioned in Scope of Work (Lot 2) as optional services,
c) telemedical support in accordance with the description of Service mentioned in Appendix 1 (lot 3) as optional services.
The Services of lot 1 will be firmly agreed, the services according to lots 2 and 3 are optional Service items that the Contractor offers during the Agreement period and that the Employer at any time - with a notice period - can also call up individually. The Employer is entitled to cancel the Services according to lots 2 and 3 - with a notice period.
The Services to be provided as part of lot 2 and lot 3 are potentially each provided by Contractor´s subcontractors.
Options of monthly prolongation depending on progress of installation works of the OWF. Further information see tender documents.
LOT 2 - Offshore-Notfallsanitäter (NotSan) according to German regulation

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: According to Section 160 (1) GWB, the public procurement chamber initiates a review only on request.
An application may, inter alia, be inadmissible if the candidate has not complained in due time of the alleged infringement of public procurement rules. Infringements recognized in the award procedure must be notified to the tendering company within ten calendar days (§ 160 (3) no. 1 GWB).
Infringements of procurement rules, which are recognizable on the basis of the notice, must be notified at the latest by the end of the participation period (§ 160 (3) no. 2 GWB). Infringements that can only be identified in the tender documents must be notified at the latest by the end of the offer period (§ 160 (3) no. 3 GWB). Furthermore, the petition for review is inadmissible if more than 15
