The proposal should also encompass project planning aspects such as resource allocation, estimated coordination efforts, and the availability of required materials and components. Additionally, it should include statements concerning subcontractors and the quality of materials and components. Evaluation criteria will focus on assessing whether the description indicates a high-quality, state-of-the-art production chain, particularly regarding the machines and tools to be utilized. Welding methods will be evaluated based on their ability to achieve accuracy, ensure safety, and prevent deformation during the welding process. Surface treatment and cleaning procedures will be assessed based on their respective levels, with preference given to methods that ensure the safe attainment of vacuum goals. Beschreibung: The bidder shall precisely explain the concrete approach and involvement of quality assurance within all manufacturing processes and acceptance tests (visual, mechanical and vacuum). It should become apparent how the measures contribute to the fulfillment of the specifications and how the technical characteristics are controlled and recorded. It will be evaluated whether the test methods described can detect errors at an early stage, limit them and eliminate them efficiently. The planned documentation of the tests is also included in the evaluation. QA documentation in compliance with specified FAIR standards and professional risk assessment will be evaluated positive. Furthermore it is evaluated, how much the tests will ensure the design goals. - Precise explanation of the concrete approach and integration of quality assurance in all acceptance tests. It is evaluated how the organisation and documentation tests will ensure the design goals. - Relevant certificates for critical production steps, like welding, and the standards these works are to be carried out. Often these standards have different levels. - Standard compliant QA documentation; Risk assessment for hazards, declaration of incorporation. It should be shown that the Contractor can deliver the demanded documentation. - Logical and transparent description of the offer in itself.
