Ihres Angebotes inklusive der technischen Details. 1.4. Angebote, die aus Gründen,
die nicht einem Verschulden der ausschreibenden Stelle zuzurechnen sind, verspätet
eingehen, werden nicht berücksichtigt (ausgenommen höhere Gewalt). 1.5. Rückfragen
sind rechtzeitig zu stellen, so dass Antworten und deren Berücksichtigung in den Angeboten
innerhalb der Angebotsfrist erfolgen können. 1.6. Eine Aufhebung der Ausschreibung
(ganz oder teilweise) wird den Bietern schriftlich mitgeteilt. 2. Vertragsbestandteile
Im Falle eines Zuschlages sind die Anforderungen aus den Vergabeunterlagen i.V. mit
dem Angebot, soweit dieses von den Vergabeunterlagen nicht abweicht, Bestandteil des
Vertrages. Als Vertragsbestandteile gelten in der Rangfolge a) bis d): a) Die Vergabeunterlagen
des Vergabeverfahrens, insbesondere das Leistungsverzeichnis des Auftraggebers. b)
Die Besonderen Vertragsbedingungen (BVB) der staatlichen Behörden, Betriebe und Anstalten
im Lande Hessen für die Ausführung von Lieferungen und Leistungen. c) Die zusätzlichen
Vertragsbedingungen des Landes Hessen für die Ausführung von Leistungen (ZVB) d) Die
Allgemeinen Vertragsbedingungen für die Ausführung von Leistungen (VOL/B), in der
jeweils aktuell gültigen Fassung. e) Das Angebot des Auftragnehmers, soweit dieses
nicht von den Vergabeunterlagen abweicht. Die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen des
Auftragnehmers sowie weitere Geschäftsbedingungen sind ausgeschlossen. Es wird darauf
hingewiesen, dass alle veröffentlichten Erläuterungen, Änderungen bzw. Aktualisierungen
Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen sind. 3. Erstellung des Angebots Für die ausgeschriebene
Leistung sind die Listenpreise, gewährte Nachlässe wie auch die Angebotspreise aufzuführen.
Die Angebotspreise (in Euro) sind Festpreise für den Ausführungszeitraum und müssen
alle Kosten enthalten. Wir bitten Sie, die Ausschreibung auf Vollständigkeit zu überprüfen
und die ausschreibende Stelle unverzüglich und vor Angebotsabgabe darauf hinzuweisen,
wenn die Unterlagen Unklarheiten oder Widersprüche enthalten oder wenn Sie Bedenken
gegen die vorgesehene Art der Ausführung haben. Für die Erstellung des Angebotes wird
keine Vergütung gewährt. 4. Sonstiges Veröffentlichung der Vergabeunterlagen: Die
Verdingungsunterlagen dürfen nur zur Erstellung eines Angebots verwendet werden. Jede
Veröffentlichung (auch auszugsweise) ist ohne ausdrückliche Genehmigung der ausschreibenden
Stelle nicht statthaft. 5. Frist- und formgerechter Eingang der Angebote (Ausschlusskriterien)
5.1. Einhaltung des Abgabetermins. 5.2. Elektronische Angebote sind zugelassen. 5.3.
Ausschluss der eigenen AGBs des Auftragnehmers. 5.4. Vorlage der geforderten Unterlagen.
