The Applicant is encouraged to submit a maximum of 5 references for each lot they apply for. If more references are submitted, only the most recent references up to the maximum number of references for each lot will be considered. The Applicant’s experience will be based on the information submitted and will be an overall assessment of similarity to the Contract, including the following elements: (a) Delivery of products and/or services similar to the scope of the Contract.
