Abschnitt II: Gegenstand
Area N-7.2 Turbine Supply Agreement and Service and Warranty Agreement
Vattenfall Atlantis 1 und Global Tech 2 Offshore Wind GmbH (the ‘Employer’ and/or ‘Vattenfall’) intends to award a qualifying supplier, for the scope of Turbine Supply Agreement and Service and Warranty Agreement for the offshore wind farm project Area N-7.2 (the Project).

Turbine Supply Agreement shall include all the required work for the supply of the WTGs including but not limited to: design, engineering, manufacture, procurement, transport, delivery, storage, load-out, installation, testing, commissioning, test on completion, initial operation and maintenance of the WTGs including towers until taking over, and a 5-year WTG defects notification period including provision of any jack-up vessel required during the defects notification period.
The Service and Warranty Agreement shall encompass a full service scope for the WTGs for a period which is currently foreseen to be 25 years (further information on the Employer’s expectation on the length, including any eventual option(s) to prolong, of the Service and Warranty Agreement, will be provided with the ITT Start in Phase 2) including but not limited to: scheduled service and maintenance, availability warranty, trouble shooting, remote monitoring, reporting, provision of parts and tools, provision of any jack-up vessel required, as well as a WTG warranty after the end of the Turbine Supply Agreement defects notification period. The Employer shall be entitled to change from a full service scope to a self-maintenance scope at any point in time after end of the Turbine Supply Agreement defects notification period, or terminate the Service and Warranty Agreement for convenience. The self-maintenance scope shall include a supporting package including but not limited to software and documentation updates, technical support and safety alerts, and as optional remote monitoring and scheduled service and maintenance at fixed prices as well as unscheduled maintenance, training and provision of parts and tools upon request. The Candidate shall provide the necessary training and include Employer’s personnel in joint teams working on all scope of works during the term of the full service scope. The scope shall not include logistics required to access the WTGs or onshore facilities unless required in excess to perform any jack-up vessel operations.
