Delivery shunt reactor with SF6 connection
The scope of tender comprises the supply and services
including the engineering, design, manufacturing, testing,
delivery of the heavy piece of 80 Mvar and 120Mvar 420 kV
Shunt reactors including unloading on the foundation, transport
of the insulating oil, accessories and parts removed for
transport, free to the place of use. The tender includes 2 Lots:
Lot 1 for supply of only 1 piece and Lot 2 for a framework
agreement of shunt reactors
Lot 1 - Urgent unit SHR 420kV 120Mvar
The subject of this tender is the supply of shunt reactors (SHR)
with direct GIS (SF6) connection for German (50Hertz) onshore
substations. Lot 1 includes the urgent supply of 1 unit. The
scope of the supply and services includes the engineering,
design, manufacturing, testing, delivery of the heavy piece and
unloading it on the foundation, transport of the insulating oil,
accessories and parts removed for transport, free to the place
of use. The assembly of the shunt reactors includes the
installation of the parts removed for transport, evacuation, oil
treatment and filling of the insulating oil as well as preparation
for commissioning. Once the assembly of the shunt reactor has
been completed, the scope of inspection and testing before
commissioning must be carried out and documented in
accordance with the technical specifications. The scope of
services includes the participation for the commissioning. Lot 1 -
Urgent requirement - SHR 420kV 120Mvar with direct GIS
(SF6) connection, for substation Teufelsbruch (1 unit)
Lot 2 - Framework SHR 420kV 80Mvar & 120Mvar
The subject of this tender is the supply of shunt reactors (SHR)
with direct GIS (SF6) connection for German (50Hertz) onshore
substations. Lot 2 includes a framework agreement of shunt
reactors for a period of 5 (+1+1+1) years. The scope of the
supply and services includes the engineering, design,
manufacturing, testing, delivery of the heavy piece and
unloading it on the foundation, transport of the insulating oil,
accessories and parts removed for transport, free to the place
of use. The assembly of the shunt reactors includes the
installation of the parts removed for transport, evacuation, oil
treatment and filling of the insulating oil as well as preparation
for commissioning. Once the assembly of the shunt reactor has
been completed, the scope of inspection and testing before
commissioning must be carried out and documented in
accordance with the technical specifications. The scope of
services includes the participation for the commissioning. Lot 2:

The application for review proceedings before the public procurement tribunal is inadmissible if:
1. the applicant became aware of the claimed violation of public procurement provisions before filing the application for review, but did not complain to the contracting authority within a time limit of 10 calendar days; the expiry of the time limit under § 134(2) remains unaffected, 2. violations of public procurement provisions which become apparent from the tender notice are not notified to the contracting authority by the end of the time limit for the application or the submission of a tender specified in the notice, 3. violations of public procurement provisions which only become apparent from the procurement documents are not notified to the contracting authority by the end of the time limit for the application or the submission of a tender specified in the notice, 4. more than 15 calendar days have expired since receipt of notification from the contracting authority that it is unwilling to redress the objection.”
