UXO Identification and Removal for 50 Hertz Offshore GmbH
Unexploded Explosive Ordnance (UXO) survey, identification and removal on the cable route of the Ostwind 3 project in the German sector of the Baltic Sea.
Includes but not limited to: Provision and operation of all assets necessary for the works, Identification of targets, removal of non UXO, Reporting and interfacing with employer and UXO expert.
More information if selected, will be given in the Tender Information Document. The selection procedure to qualify for this tender is described in the selection questionnaire (SQ).
Baltic Sea.
The project works consists in the identification and removal within the offshore site North-East of the island of Rügen close to the existing wind farms Arkona Becken and Wikinger.
The objective of the UXO survey and ID and Clearance campaign is to mitigate the risk of Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) present in the cable installation corridor(s) to ensure a safe installation of the Ost-wind 3 export cable(s) and offshore substation, including all route clearance and route preparation activities as for example boulder clearance, Pre-Lay Grapnel run, dredging and anchoring.
The scope of the UXO survey and ID and Clearance campaign consists of 2 phases:
Phase 1:
— high resolution bathymetry, acquired with multibeam echosounder (MBES) equipment;
— sea bottom imagery, acquired with side-scan sonar (SSS) equipment;
— magneto metric survey data, acquired with underwater magnetometer detection equipment;
— electromagnetic survey, acquired with underwater electromagnetic detection equipment;
— analysis and interpretation of all the acquired data;
— provision of an Master Target List (MTL).
Phase 2:
— UXO inspection, Identification and removal/detonation were required.
If applicable, will be described in the tender documents.
Abschnitt III: Rechtliche, wirtschaftliche, finanzielle und technische Angaben
Languages: agreement on the principles regarding languages as described in the introduction of the selection questionnaire (SQ)
Exclusion grounds according §§ 123, 124 GWB: Confirmation that there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to §§ 123, 124 GWB with regard to our company and, if applicable, those from whom the suitability is borrowed.
Minimum wages: confirmation that paid wages are compliant with the statutory minimum wage or collectively agreed remuneration regulations are obeyed, where applicable.
Financial information: submission of a financial report dated of maximum 4 months from the submission deadline from an independent credit rating company (Credit Safe, Dun and Bradstreet, Graydon or equivalent).
Company information: submission of a PowerPoint presentation of the company, an organisation chart showing the main Business Units and a short company presentation.
Subcontracting: submission of subcontracting information as mentioned in the SQ if there is intention of using subcontracting to deliver the scope of this procurement procedure.

The non-confidential part of the tender package is directly available to applicants via the weblink mentioned under section I.3) of the contract notice.
For getting access to the confidential part of the tender package, applicants are required to request the access to the tender platform by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned in section I.1 of the contract notice, providing the following information:
• name of the candidate (and for legal entities, including the company form);
• address of the candidate;
• VAT number of the candidate; and
• information of the contact person for the tender (name, e-mail address and telephone number).
• a fully completed and signed NDA document in attachment as provided at the SharePoint location mentioned in the above section I.3).
Information to access the tender on the Ariba platform will be provided by e-mail as soon as possible.
Applicants are advised to request this access as soon as possible and to click on ‘intend to participate’ in Ariba in order to receive possible clarifications from the contracting entity.
The applicant must request, complete and submit by the closing date (see IV.2.2.) the selection questionnaire (SQ) with the most actual available data together with the requested documents.
Contracting entity doesn’t guaranty to provide the Ariba login details before closing time for candidates requesting their access to Ariba less than 48 hours before closing time.
The applicant is solely responsible for requesting the access to the tender on the Ariba platform on time.
The contracting entity declines any responsibility in the event of problems with the Ariba platform.
Any application not sent correctly via Ariba will be rejected.

The application for review proceedings before the public procurement tribunal is inadmissible if:
1) The applicant became aware of the claimed violation of public procurement provisions before filing the application for review, but did not complain to the contracting authority within a time limit of 10 calendar days; the expiry of the time limit under § 134(2) remains unaffected;
2) Violations of public procurement provisions which become apparent from the tender notice are not notified to the contracting authority by the end of the time limit for the application or the submission of a tender specified in the notice;
3) Violations of public procurement provisions which only become apparent from the procurement documents are not notified to the contracting authority by the end of the time limit for the application or the submission of a tender specified in the notice;
4) More than 15 calendar days have expired since receipt of notification from the contracting authority that it is unwilling to redress the objection.
Sentence 1 shall not apply to an application under § 135(1) No 2 to have the contract declared ineffective. § 134(1) sentence 2 shall remain unaffected.
