Zusätzliche Informationen: 1) Tenders or requests to participate must be submitted via e-mail to the above mentioned address. 2) Tenders or requests to participate (including all information and documents) has to be submitted in English language. 3) Structure of tendering process: a) Participants in the call for proposals apply to take part in the competition using the application form. Here, they indicate whether they wish to apply for a leading role or for participation. Admission to participate in the tender will be decided after reviewing the applications received, taking into account the admission criteria specified in the application form. Bidders are entitled to offer a share of less than 100 %. By submitting of Participation Application Document the bidder has to declare if he is willing to lead the insurer consortium or not in case of assignment. This is subject to a proposed lead share of not less than 15 %. b) All bidders admitted to the competition will receive comprehensive risk information for review. c) All bidders admitted to the competition proposing just participation will be parked for a second round of the tender process (see article e) below). d) All bidders admitted to the competition proposing for a leading role will be requested to provide references for their experience by covering comparable projects as leading insurers together with their first indicative offer. With submitting of first indicative offer deviations to insurance terms and conditions can be proposed. The bidder cannot request that proposed deviations will be reflected in the final insurance terms and conditions. One prequalification criterion is that all these bidders aiming for a leading role will offer a minimum share of 15 %. Process for selection of bidders based on their first indicative offers for participation in negotiations: We reserve the right, just to negotiate with a limited number of 5 bidders about future insurance terms and conditions. If more than 5 bidders are aiming for a leading role, we will select the bidders based on the following criteria: Premium rate: 50 points Wording: 40 points Offered share: 10 points After negotiations with potential leading insurers about insurance terms and conditions these bidders will be asked for their binding final offer. The decision for the leading share can be amended to an application for a participation share during the initial tender phase after receiving the risk information along with the indicative offer. Applications for the leading share which are not considered will automatically participate in the request for participating shares. Insurer with highest ranking based on assessment above will be leading insurer to be appointed with final announcement after completion of this tender. e) Applications for the leading share which are not considered will automatically participate in the request for participating shares. The initial tender offers for the co-insurance shares / following markets will start once preferred leading insurer and leading insurance terms and conditions have been determined, with the intention to complete the panel of insurers of the tendered insurance in full following form without reservations. For the sake of clarity, initial tender offers for co-insurance shares with lower premium rates than determined lead terms will not be considered as deviation in this regard. Initial tender offers with deviations from determined terms and conditions will only be considered for completion of insurer consortium when 100 % coverage will not be achieved with offers without any deviations. Only in case of need, further rounds of negotiations will be carried out to complete the policy. The initial tender offers for the co-insurance share are binding for the defined timeframe and all tenderers are requested to submit their requests for amendments – if any – to the tendered policy draft with the initial tenders. 50Hertz Offshore GmbH will evaluate the initial tender offers on the basis of the defined selection criteria and will complete the panel of co-insurers accordingly. Selection criteria regarding best and final offer for the participating shares: Premium rate: 50 points Wording: 40 points Offered share: 10 points Those following share tenderers who do not accept full following form will be put on hold and invited to further negotiations only if acceptable results are not achieved. In this case further negotiating rounds will be carried out with the intention to complete the tendered policy on the basis of the award criteria as outlined above and further defined in the tender documents (e.g. as close as possible to full following form). The revised tenders must also be binding. 4) This tender is based on net premiums (without any brokerage commission). The employer appointed Nordwest Assekuranzmakler GmbH & Co. KG as insurance broker to service the tendered insurance contracts. The insurance broker will be remunerated on a fee base directly from the employer. The services of the insurance broker are not subject to this tender process.

Tenders or requests to participate must be submitted via e-mail to the above-mentioned address. 2. Tenders or requests to participate (including all information and documents) has to be submitted in English language. 2. Structure of tendering process: a) Participants in the call for proposals apply to take part in the competition using the application form. In this case further negotiating rounds will be carried out with the intention to complete the tendered policy policy on the basis of the award criteria as outlined above and further defined in the tender documents (e.g. as close as possible to full following form).
