Zusätzliche Informationen: The announcement concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with a maximum of one economic operator. 1) Mandatory requirement for the submission of the application and offers Applicants are requested to contact the named contact by email, providing their company name, contact person (including phone number and email address), and tax identification number, to receive information on accessing the tender on the Ariba platform. If you already possess an Ariba Sourcing account, please also provide your AN-ID. Applicants are advised to request this access as soon as possible and to click on "Intend to Participate" in Ariba to receive explanations from the procurement office. The procurement office does not guarantee to provide Ariba login details to applicants who request access less than 48 hours before the deadline for submission of participation applications. If a declaration/evidence cannot be provided at all, this must be justified, a comparable declaration/evidence must be provided, and it must be explained in German why the comparability exists. For documents not written in German, a certified translation into German must be attached. c) Applicant Consortia: They must submit a duly completed and legally signed consortium declaration by all members with the participation application. The aspect of compliance with antitrust law in the formation of the consortium must be particularly observed. Each member of the consortium must provide the declarations and evidence required under selection criterion "Ability to Exercise the Profession" and selection criterion "Economic and Financial Capacity" in section 5.1.9. For the declarations and evidence required under the selection criterion "Technical and Professional Capacity" in section 5.1.9, this applies to a limited extent if the consortium provides for a division of tasks, and, therefore, certain references may only be presented by one member of the consortium; any limited presentation of declarations and evidence must be exhaustively explained in an annex to the consortium declaration. Otherwise, the same rules apply to consortia as to applicants. d) Other Companies: Applicants may rely on the qualifications of other companies (qualification leasing).
