Rahmenvereinbarung: Rahmenvereinbarung ohne erneuten Aufruf zum Wettbewerb
Begründung der Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung: The contract might incur investment in assets (helicopters, infrastructure, buildings etc.) with longer periods of depreciation. To allow for a fair pricing model and fixed investment duration, the possible overall duration of the contrat is extended.
Zusätzlich erfasste Erwerber: The Employers are constructing and operating offshore wind farms respectively offshore grid connections in the coastal waters and the EEZ (Exclusive Economic Zone) of the Federal Republic of Germany within the Baltic Sea and therefore require the Services offered by the Contractor. During the Term of this Agreement and any extension thereof the Employers, which are a party to this Agreement at that time, shall be entitled to nominate further companies constructing or operating wind farms within the German coastal waters or EEZ in the Baltic Sea which shall join this Agreement as additional Employer(s) on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
