Zusätzliche InformationenAdditional information: The notice concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier. _______ a) Questions and answers: Interested companies can contact the contracting authority with questions via the ARIBA platform message function up to a maximum of 7 calendar days before the application deadline. During the application phase (request for participation), only questions about the procedure are answered. If the questions or answers are of general interest, they will be made available in anonymized form via the message function of the ARIBA platform. All interested companies or applicants are obliged to take the questions and answers into account when drafting their application for participation and offer. Non-compliance may lead to exclusion from the procedure. _______ b) Mandatory requirement for submission of the request to participate and offers: Information on how to access the tender on the Ariba platform will be provided immediately upon request by email. The email must contain the following information: - Company name; - address; - VAT number; - name + e-mail + telephone number of the contact person. Applicants are advised to request this access as soon as possible and click on "Intend to Participate" on Ariba. The procuring entity does not guarantee to provide Ariba credentials to candidates who request access to Ariba less than 48 hours before the deadline for receipt of requests to participate. The Candidate is solely responsible for requesting timely access to the Bid on the Ariba platform. The Procuring Entity takes no responsibility for any problems with the Ariba platform. Any application that is not submitted correctly through Ariba will be rejected. _______ c) General explanations of the contents of the request for participation: _______ c) (1) The awarding authority reserves the right to request the last audited annual report or a financial statement (not older than 6 months) available from the applicant. _______ c) (2) Foreign applicants: In principle, they must submit the required declarations/evidence in English. If a declaration /evidence cannot be provided at all, reasons must be given, a comparable declaration/evidence must be submitted and - in English - an explanation given as to why the comparability exists. In the case of documents that are not written in English, a certified translation into English must be enclosed. _______ c) (3) Bidding consortia: Together with the request to participate, the bidding consortia must submit a joint bidder declaration signed in a legally binding manner by all members. Particular attention must be paid to the aspect of compliance of the formation of the bidding consortium with antitrust law. Each member of the consortium must submit the declarations and evidence required under Lot 1 5.1.9: Selection criterion " Suitability to pursue the professional activity" and selection criterion "Economic and financial standing". For the declarations and evidence under Lot 1 5.1.9: Selection criterion " Technical and professional ability". If the bidding consortium plans for a division of tasks and, in this respect, e.g. certain references can only be submitted by one member of the bidding consortium; any limited submission of declarations and evidence must be explained exhaustively by in an annex to the joint bidding arrangement declaration. In all other respects, the same rules apply to bidding consortia as to other applicants. _______c) (4) Other companies: Applicants may use other companies to prove their suitability (suitability loan). In this case, the other company must submit a declaration of commitment stating that it will provide a specifically defined partial service for the applicant in the event of a commissioning. For clarification purposes, this provision is reproduced in full. “The application is inadmissible if 1. the applicant became aware of the claimed violation of public procurement provisions before filing the application for review, but did not complain to the contracting authority within a time limit of 10 calendar days; the expiry of the time limit under Section 134(2) remains unaffected, 2. violations of public procurement provisions which become apparent from the tender notice are not notified to the contracting authority by the end of the time limit for the application or the submission of a tender specified in the notice, 3. violations of public procurement provisions which only become apparent from the procurement documents are not notified to the contracting authority by the end of the time limit for the application or the submission of a tender specified in the notice, 4. more than 15 calendar days have expired since receipt of notification from the contracting entity that it is unwilling to redress the objection.” One bidder who is not awarded the contract can be awarded a backup function - for further information please see document 01_commercial conditions. The client reserves the right to make use of this backup function in the event of significant disruptions to the contract, e.g. if the contractor fails, refuses or is unable to fulfill its obligations under the contract, if there is poor performance and the contract is therefore terminated or otherwise terminated before the end of the term. Bidders are not entitled to exert this back-up agreement. The client reserves the right to reduce the number of bidders on the basis of the announced award criteria and to negotiate only with the most economical bidders.

Beschreibung: a) Submission of a signed cover letter: Please upload a signed cover letter. The cover letter must include the following information: Number of CO2 certificates sold in the last three years _ b) Participation in the P2P procedure / Ariba Commerce automation: A P2P (Purchase-to Pay) procedure is used. The Contractor must complete the service entry sheet electronically via a supplier portal and in accordance with the confirmed measurement/acceptance report/time sheet. The provision of the services must be documented in a suitable form. In the P2P procedure, the payments owed by the client under the contract are due after the services have been properly recorded online. This criterion is fulfilled if you confirm the condition in the awarding platform by selecting "Yes". _c) Self-declaration of public liability insurance: Please upload a self-declaration of the existence of public liability insurance, stating the amount of cover. In the case of bidding consortia, each member must provide proof of the existence/planned conclusion of the required insurance and the amount of cover. If you do not yet have business liability insurance, enter the intended amount of cover. Immediately after a possible acceptance of the bid, the bidder shall provide proof of insurance with a copy of the insurance policy. The amount of cover required for the framework agreement can be finally determined during the negotiations.

Beschreibung: _a) The following references must be submitted. The use of the given "07_Template References" is mandatory, and it must be filled in completely. a) List of 3 references for self-developed or brokered carbon offsetting projects. If more than 3 references are provided, only the first three references will be evaluated. The document "07_Template References" has to be used to specify the references. The references are only valid if all cells with a grey background are filled in correctly. Criteria to be fulfilled by each of the 3 references: Reference not allowed to be older than 2 years Furthermore, at least 1 of the 3 references must be from the offsetting category "nature-based". _b) Confirmation that you can provide a singe point of contact. This criterion is fulfilled if you confirm the condition in the awarding platform by selecting "Yes".
