Beschreibung: As part of the cable repair strategy, a contractual partner is being sought for cable fault location who, in the event of a cable fault, can determine the fault location onshore, offshore or in the Wadden Sea on the client's cable systems (energy and fiber optic cables) in Germany and the Netherlands within the shortest possible time. This includes rough predetermination of the fault location, locating the cable along the respective route and final determination (postdetection) of the fault location with the technical best possible accuracy. An individual award or an application for individual lots is therefore excluded. * The framework agreement is concluded without minimum purchase quantities. * In accordance with § 57 SektVO, the contracting authority is authorised to discontinue the award procedure at any time. * Due to justified confidentiality interests, the client may only make the tender documents accessible to the bidder after receipt of the confidentiality agreement signed by the bidder. The non-disclosure agreement can be downloaded from Mercell. * The application documents must be submitted in digital form (in a standardised data format, e.g. PDF and MS Office format) exclusively via the Mercell platform.
