Beschreibung: Information about the Applicant’s experience The Applicant is encouraged to provide the following information for each reference about the Applicant’s experience with the services and equipment described in section 3.2.2 of the Tender Conditions. • Title of reference • Name of the reference customer • Name and mail address of contact at reference customer • Description of the reference customer, including industry • Location of the sites at which the Applicant delivered the services to the reference cus-tomer • Average contract value per year (preferably in DKK) • Contract duration, start date (month/year) and end date (month/year or ongoing) • Description of the services delivered to the customer within the contract. Please specify which services based on section 3.2.2 of the Tender Conditions No additional documentation for the selection criterion for experience will be required from the Applicant. However, the Contracting Entity reserves the right to contact the Applicant or relevant third parties for verification of the information stated in the description(s). The references are encouraged not to be more than 2.200 characters including spacing. A maximum of five (5) references can be submitted as information under the selection criterion “Experience”. If more references are submitted, only the five most recent references will be considered. The most recent references will be determined based on the start date. Information about references can be submitted by using Annex H (Answering Template for prequalification) and uploading the reply at Ørsted’s Procurement Portal. -000- Assessment of experience The Applicant’s experience will be based on the information submitted in accordance with Section 5.7.1.1 in the Tender Conditions and will be an overall assessment of: Similarity to the Contract, cf. section 3.2.2 in the Tender Conditions, in particular the following elements (a) Delivery of services/equipment similar to the services/equipment listed in section 3.2.2 in the Tender Conditions to the highest possible degree (b) Simultaneously delivery of as many of the Services in scope as possible for the same customer, cf. section 3.2.2 in the Tender Conditions (c) Delivery of services/equipment, cf. section 3.2.2 in the Tender Conditions, to a customer equivalent to the Contracting Entity, based on the number of sites, location of the sites and number of employees (d) References with delivery of the services/equipment, cf. section 3.2.2 in the Tender Conditions, in multiple countries for the same customer (e) References equivalent to or larger in value than the scope of the Contract the Contracting Entity is tendering for Ambiguities and/or unclarity in the information in the references submitted may negatively affect the Contracting Entity’s assessment.
