Combined Property Damage and Business Interruption All Risks Insurance for the operational phase of the offshore wind farm EnBW Baltic 1, consisting of 21 offshore wind turbines (total capacity of 48.3 MW) including foundations, inner-array cables and offshore substation and a separate Combined Property Damage and Business Interruption All Risks Insurance for the operational phase of the offshore wind farm EnBW Baltic 2, consisting of 80 offshore wind turbines (total capacity of 288 MW) including foundations, inner-array cables and offshore substation.
EnBW Baltic 1 — Operational All Risk Insurance Policy for an Offshore Wind Farm
Combined Property Damage (PD) and Business Interruption (BI) All Risks Insurance for the operational phase of the offshore wind farm EnBW Baltic 1, consisting of 21 offshore wind turbines (total capacity of 48.3 MW) including foundations, inner-array cables and offshore substation (Sum Insured PD: EUR 150 831 000, BI: 26 400 000 p.a.)
Prolongation of another 12 months by tacit renewal.

EnBW Baltic 2 - Operational All Risk Insurance Policy for an Offshore Wind Farm
Combined Property Damage (PD) and Business Interruption (BI) All Risks Insurance for the operational phase of the offshore wind farm EnBW Baltic 2, consisting of 80 offshore wind turbines (total capacity of 288 MW) including foundations, inner-array cables and offshore substation. (Sum Insured: PD 1 190 000 000/BI: 227 908 000 p.a.)
Prolongation of another 12 months by tacit renewal.

Abschnitt III: Rechtliche, wirtschaftliche, finanzielle und technische Angaben
1) Permission for the business concern as insurers in accordance with §§ 8 ff., 61 ff. VAG or equal under foreign law. (see No 1. of the ‘General Requirements’ of the ‘Participation Application Document’).
2) Signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs — one for each Lot) (see No 2. of the ‘General Requirements’ of the ‘Participation Application Document’).
Please submit this information via the attached ‘Participation Application Document’. Please note that these criteria need to be proofed by supporting documents.
Please note that the application of (insurance) brokers and authorized agents is only permitted, if an exclusive mandate of a suitable insurance company can be submitted. 'Suitable' means that the insurance company meets the conditions for participation as mentioned here. The exclusive mandate needs to be submitted in the original.
3) Confirmation is required that a minimum rating of A- according to Standard and Poor´s or equivalent exists.
(see No 3 of the ‘General Requirements’ of the ‘Participation Application Document’).
Please submit this information via the attached ‘Participation Application Document’. Please note that this criteria needs to be proofed by supporting documents.
In addition to the ‘General Requirements’, bidders for a leading quote need to provide the following references (see ‘Information for Leading Insurer’ of the ‘Participation Application Document‘):
(a) Experienced Offshore underwriting capabilities (key personnel) in a leading role;
(b) The minimum subscription quote for a leading quote is 25 %;
(c) The claims service with in-house offshore risk engineer(s) and/or claims manager(s) must be always available at short notice.
Please submit this information via the attached ‘Participation Application Document’. Supporting documents on references need to be provided on request only.
In addition to the ‘General Requirements’, bidders for a co-insurance quote need to provide the following information (see ‘Information for Co-Insurer’ of the ‘Participation Application Document’):
(a) Regarding the offer for a co-insurance quote only bidders are accepted which generally confirm their readiness to accept the Full Following Form without reservations.
(b) Expected participating share (Lot 1 – Baltic 1) - non-binding;
(c) Expected participating share (Lot 2 – Baltic 2) - non-binding.
